As long as I can remember I’ve been motivated by two things. The first, is that we’re all in control of our own happiness and positivity. I believe this mindset can help us overcome any challenge we face. The second, is that each of us can positively influence others and in doing so we can help change lives. For me TEDxKlagenfurt epitomizes these two things. It’s honest, invigorating and it’s truly inspirational. I’m thrilled to be involved, what an absolute honour!

I’ve been watching and listening to TEDx talks internationally and was excited to discover we have a TEDx community here in Klagenfurt. In the cozy city of Klagenfurt, there was a TEDx event. What a wonderful surprise!

I really enjoyed attending as a viewer in 2019 and 2024. For the past few years, I’ve wanted to learn more about my now home city and its people while also giving back to the community, providing a nice balance from work. So, why not contribute a bit to something fun that I both enjoy and believe in?
I love connecting people and ideas, so this feels like the perfect opportunity for me.

Whenever I’m stuck, need inspiration or want to simply open up my horizon, listening to a TED talk is an option (competing with talking to a friend, reading or simply moving in fresh air…).
